Where can I find my air purifier model number?

Look for the model label on the back, bottom, or inside the filter cover of your air purifier. Use the full model number when checking compatibility.

Is Luripid the original purifier brand?

No. Luripid filters are independent replacement parts. Purifier brand and model names are used only to identify compatibility.

What if I order the wrong filter?

Contact support@luripid.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt; customers cover return shipping for non-quality returns.
